I wanted to put my soon to be 6 year old daughter in ballet school, she loves ballet. I signed her up for Ms. Olga’s class at Ballet Et Cie, Miami, Florida. We were all excited but my daughter was a little nervous. After all, she was starting a new class and did not know anyone in the class including the instructor. The parents had to leave right away as soon as class started. My daughter found herself alone with no one person that she knew and out of nerves froze on the first class and did not want to dance right away. This teacher told me that my daughter looked at her with a face of hatred (lets keep in mind she is turning 6, she doesn’t even know the word or the meaning of what hatred is) and that she will n0t have that in her class, that she was dis respectful and that she can’t allow that in her class. All my daughter did was just stand there and not say a word the entire hour of the class. This is a little girl that loves to dance ballet and has been pretending to be a ballerina since she was about 3 years old. This teacher did not give her a second chance at all even after I spoke with my daughter whether she wanted to be in the school or not. This lady basically kick a 6 year old, who is full of small fears as a child, out of her class for being a little timid the first day of class. I encourage parents to keep looking for a better ballet school. This teacher doesn’t know how to be around small children just in case your child ever has a bad day and feels like acting like a kid. My daughter has been in school since 2 1/2 years old and never got any complains about her behavior or attitude. I was warned about this teacher before from a friend who use to go to her school for lessons years ago. Next time I will listen.

My experience with this place was outright terrible. The sales people would lie you in your face, deny all responsibility for their own errrors, and then will blame you for their own incompetence.

During the purchase, the salesman (Bob Bonab) promised that the delivery crew will call me one hour ahead of time, so that I won’t have to spend numerous hours waiting at home. One day before the scheduled delivery I called the shop again, this time talking to Lisa-Mary. She again confirmed that the delivery team will call well in advance before they actually arrive.

On the scheduled delivery day, I got a voice message (!) from the delivery driver, telling me they visited my home, didn’t find me there and moved on. I called the delivery center as well as the Matress Discounters branch on Stevens Creek, and then my nightmare began. Lisa-Mary denied the mere possibility of calling me ahead of time, and blamed me and me alone on missing the delivery. She was very aggressive, and only suggested they will delivery the mattress on SOME other day. They couldn’t care less that I would have to sleep on the floor until then …

I requested to speak to the manager (Sergio), but of course she said he is on vacation (ever managed to easily get to speak to the manager of a bad customer service representative ?). Another representative took over, and said no less that I MUST HAVE TAKEN A DAY OFF TO ALLOW FOR MATRESS DELIVERY !!! “A day off” I asked in complete disbelief ??? He again confirmed that mattress delivery and set up are extremely complicated and take very long time. He also blamed me for interfering with the “smooth” work schedule of the delivery crew, who is serving other customers in addition to myself. I tried to argue with him, but to no avail. As we continued to talk, he become more and more aggressive and rude. When I asked for his name, he simply hung up on me.

So here I am, my mattress was not delivered as scheduled, even though I heavily relied on it being delivered today. Matress Discounters couldn’t care less if I have to sleep on the floor. They also couldn’t care less about breaking a signed contract, nor would they let you talk to any manager higher up.

Of course, I’ll cancel my purchase. Later during the day I discussed my terrible experience with some friends of mine, who confirmed they have heard similar horror stories of this particular place. If I only had consulted them before However, I decided to write this review to warn other unsuspecting mattress buyers of this terrible place. Buyer beware !

Please don’t take your pets to the Animal Inn in Richmond, TX. The place looks clean and inviting, but the service is awful. I took my dog to the groomer, which I have yet to meet. I explained what I wanted and I was very specific about them not cutting my dog’s eyelashes. My dog is just a puppy and I explained to the “greeter” that before I bought her, the breeder took her for her first grooming and they had cut her eyelashes and how I didn’t want for that to happen again. He said: “Ok, I’ll let her know. She has a lot of experience and I’m sure she won’t have any problems grooming her”. After 1.5 hours I got the call that she was ready. I go to pick her up; he charges me before giving her to me and says that she was good. I noticed something was wrong and then realize that from about 1.5 inches her eyelashes were down to 1/4 of an inch. I asked for an explanation and all he could say was that she was a puppy and that her eyelashes were going to grow back. I was furious and I asked to speak to the groomer, but of course she was “gone” for the day. Then asked to speak to the manager, but guess what???? She was also gone for the day on a Saturday before noon. I plan to go back to speak to both of them, but just wanted to make sure that people are aware of the irresponsibility of the personnel at the Animal Inn in Richmond, TX. If they can’t even follow simple grooming instructions, I don’t want to know what else they can forget when you board your pets in their Inn. If you love your animals as much as I love my dog, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, don’t board your animals at the Animal Inn.

I’ve had my home phone number for 6 years - it still shows as a rental car company on zami’s site because they refuse to take it off. I have been e-mailing them for 5 years. Don’t trust everything you see on this site, because it is wrong. And they don’t do anything about it. I am now seeking legal damages for lost wages as I work at home.

Capitol Printing in the (Capitol Square, I think?) shopping center on McKee and Capitol in San Jose is the best place for printing and copying services in the Bay Area. I just found out that they even let you ship stuff thru FedEx at their location using it as a dropoff point. Plus, it’s right next to a StarBucks, so I get coffee while I wait. They’ve pretty much got everything, from great personal service (these are the same people and contacts everytime, not the random kids at those major chains) to everything you could need. I’ve gotten business cards, banners, color copies, programs, stamps, letterheads, mailers/ads and more done here for myself and my company. It’s been here for nearly 25 years, the owner was telling me, and it’s no surprise how they have been able to thrive. HIGHLY recommended.
